I agree with you, but my friend actually bought the arcade one and I asked him there's no harddrive he said he will get one later. I guess HDD these days are cheap so its not too bad of a deal.

Of course I would get the premium myself if I was to get an xbox

I just don't think they should even sell the arcade because most things you can't even do, you can't download movies, you can't play half the game, you can't download demos, or dlc. It'll save you so much if you just buy a Premium Console.
