Sony's Phil Harrison has been praising the high standard strived for with Killzone 2, Harrison commented that the respective title highlights the technical capability of the platform as well as the talent that developer Guerrilla Games has in its ranks. Further to this, Guerrilla games supported the use of the Blu-ray format by saing the game could not have been produced with so much visual detail without its high capacity.
