WCC and SKWC have filed a lawsuits in the U.S. district court on behalf of many Xbox 360 owners who have come forward to them regarding scratched discs while played in the Xbox 360 console. The lawsuit is seeking reimbursement for scratched game discs, reimbursement for those consumers who paid $20 to be part of the MS disk replacement scheme and reimbursement for those who have paid for an aftermark repair solution.
