A member of the official Playstation forums has posted up screenshots of him playing Lair (PS3 title) on the PSP in the remote play mode. A number of gamers were skeptical but it seems to be indefinitely confirmed working now.

You use the nub to control the dragon and it looks very nice too. I haven't tried all the maneuvers with the dragon but I will keep everyone posted on what works and what is different.
