A Runescape developer has confirmed that a console version of its browser based fantasy MMO is something the firm keeps on considering, due in part to the success of the Xbox 360, Wii and PS3. The developer stated that the consoles are far more internet ready than ever before, which makes them appealing systems to port the MMO onto. It was also revealed that it would technically be possible to get the game running on the PS3 right now and that porting the title isn't a huge task to undertake for any of the systems.
